A comparison theorem for MW-motivic cohomology

This text relies on Finite Chow-Witt correspondences. We identify the geneneralized motivic cohomology groups of a perfect field with Milnor-Witt K-theory of that field. This gives an analogue of the Nesterenko-Suslin-Totaro-Voevodsky theorem identifying motivic cohomology of a field with its Milnor K-theory.
