As in the papers Invariants, torsion indices and oriented cohomology of flag varieties, A coproduct structure on the formal affine Demazure algebra and Formal Hecke algebras and algebraic oriented cohomology theories, we study a combinatorial object, associated to a formal group law and a root system, called Demazure algebra, and denoted by D. Here, we consider the case of a Kac-Moody root system, so possibly infinite.
